Why Lazengann is never given a Tengen Toppa form in Lagann-hen is beyond me.

Well Genome does have Lazengann Overload. It's sort of a Tengen Toppa version. Or was that the name if his attack?

I'm pretty sure the Lazengann in the final battle was around "Tengen Toppa" sized, though the design was unchanged.
